Orders ship from our warehouse once payment clears. Transit time depends on your address and the product size. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships. See the shipping policy page for current times.

Yes. If you need several batteries or a recurring supply, send the models and quantities through the quote form and we will reply with pricing.

Take photos of the packaging and the product before you install anything, then contact us with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the photos.
Store and shippingCan lithium batteries be shipped to PO boxes?
Carriers need a street address for lithium battery deliveries, so PO boxes are not usually possible. Send us the address of a business or a home that can accept the delivery.
Battery basicsWhy choose LiFePO4 over lead-acid?
LiFePO4 batteries are much lighter, let you use nearly all of the rated capacity, hold a steadier voltage as they discharge, and last for thousands of charge cycles when used within their ratings. Lead-acid is cheaper to buy but usually needs replacing sooner.
Battery basicsWhat does the built-in BMS do?
The battery management system watches every cell. It protects the pack from over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit and extreme temperatures, and it balances the cells so the pack ages evenly.
Battery basicsCan I charge a lithium battery below freezing?
A standard LiFePO4 battery should not be charged below 0C (32F). Models with low-temperature protection stop charging automatically. Self-heating models warm their cells first when connected to a charger, so they can charge in the cold.
Battery basicsHow do I work out how much battery I need?
Multiply the nominal voltage by the amp-hours to get watt-hours. A 12.8V 300Ah battery stores about 3840Wh. Divide that by your load in watts and keep a small reserve for losses. For example, a 300W load runs about 11 hours from 3840Wh.
Battery basicsCan I connect batteries in parallel or series?
Yes, within the limits listed for each model. Use batteries of the same model, voltage and age, charge them to the same level first, and use cables of equal length and gauge. Check the product page or ask us before connecting in series.
Golf cartHow do I know a battery fits my golf cart?
Check four things: system voltage, the controller's current rating, the dimensions of your battery tray, and the charger. Send us the make, model and year of your cart and we will confirm.
Golf cartWhy has my range dropped?
Cold weather, a low state of charge, under-inflated tires, heavy loads and oversized tires all reduce range. If the range falls suddenly, check the charger and connections first, then contact us.
Golf cartDo I need a new charger?
Use a charger made for LiFePO4 at the right voltage. Lead-acid chargers often use a charge profile that does not suit lithium. A compatible charger is included with some kits and available separately.
Golf cartHow do I store the cart over winter?
Charge the battery to around 50 to 80 percent, switch it off, and keep it in a dry place. Recharge it every few months if the cart sits unused for a long time.
RV and vansWhat size battery do I need for my RV?
List your appliances and how many hours a day you run each one, add up the watt-hours, and size the bank to cover one to two days. Our 12V models range from 100Ah to 600Ah. Send us your list and we will recommend a size.
RV and vansCan the alternator charge a lithium battery?
It can, but a lithium battery will draw far more current than a lead-acid battery and may overheat a standard alternator. A DC-DC charger between the alternator and the battery limits the current and protects both.
RV and vansCan I use my existing converter or charger?
Many modern converters work, but older ones may not charge a lithium battery fully. Set it to a lithium or AGM profile if it has one, or replace it with a lithium-compatible charger.
Home energy storageIs it safe to install a battery indoors?
Our wall-mount and rack batteries are designed for indoor installation, such as a garage or utility room, in a dry and ventilated place within the stated temperature range. Follow your local electrical codes and have a qualified installer connect the system.
Home energy storageDo I need a hybrid inverter?
A hybrid or battery-ready inverter is needed if you want to connect to solar panels and the grid together. An off-grid inverter can run a stand-alone system. Check the inverter supports the battery's communication protocol.
Home energy storageHow do I add more storage later?
Rack and wall-mount batteries can be added in parallel to increase capacity. Keep new and existing units of the same model and charge them to a similar level before connecting.
Home energy storageHow much energy do I lose when charging and discharging?
LiFePO4 batteries are very efficient. Most of the energy you put in comes back out, with a round-trip efficiency usually above 90 percent.
Marine and trolling motorWhat voltage and capacity do I need for my trolling motor?
Match the battery voltage to the motor: 12V, 24V or 36V. For runtime, divide the battery's amp-hours by the motor's average current draw. A 100Ah battery on a motor drawing 25A runs for roughly four hours.
Marine and trolling motorIs a lithium battery safe in a wet boat?
Keep the battery in a dry, ventilated compartment and secure it well. Use marine-grade terminals and wiring, since moisture and salt corrode connections even when the battery itself is sealed.
Marine and trolling motorCan one battery run the motor and my electronics?
Yes if the capacity and current rating cover both loads. Many boaters use a dual-purpose battery for starting and running accessories, or keep a separate battery for electronics.

Dirt bikeDo dirt bike batteries need a special charger?
Use a charger made for lithium iron phosphate batteries. Most stock charging systems work, but a lead-acid desulfation charger can damage a lithium battery.

Yes. We design and build custom EV packs for dirt bikes, go karts, scooters, bicycles and mobility scooters. Send the vehicle make and model if it has one, plus your voltage, capacity, size and connector, and we will propose a pack.
EV and mobilityWhat do you need to design a custom EV pack?
The pack voltage and capacity, the continuous and peak current the motor controller draws, the maximum size and weight, the connector type, how you charge it, and whether you need Bluetooth or other communication from the BMS.
EV and mobilityHow should I look after a mobility scooter battery?
Recharge after every use, use the charger made for that battery, and store it charged in a dry place away from extreme heat or cold. If the scooter will sit unused, top it up every few months.
Battery banksWhat is a battery bank and how long will it run my devices?
A battery bank stores power for phones, laptops, lights and small appliances when you are away from an outlet. Divide its watt-hours by the watts your device draws to estimate runtime. A 1000Wh bank running a 100W load lasts roughly nine hours after losses.
BMSDo you make BMS boards for power tool, ESS and EV packs?
Yes. We design and manufacture BMS boards for power tool packs, energy storage systems (ESS) and EV packs such as e-bikes, scooters and go karts, and we can build to a custom spec.
BMSWhat do you need to specify a BMS?
The cell chemistry and number of cells in series (for example 5S, 13S or 16S), the continuous and peak discharge current, the charge current, the communication you need (Bluetooth, UART, CAN, RS485 or SMBus), temperature sensing, and the board size and connector.
BMSCan you build a BMS to my own specification?
